This project may have been one of our favorites in 2025. The owner heard us working on our Country Road project and drove up to find us and request assistance on his property. He had just purchased the place after retiring and 6 weeks later his insurance company cancelled the policy citing risk of wildfire. Once we completed our Country Road project we mobilized just down the road and completely transformed his 10 acre parcel. This owner didn’t just watch us work though, he jumped right in. Sometimes, just sometimes, clients turn into friends.
This property was a mix of flat meadow areas and steeper rocky terrain. Fun to explore and transform.
The owner had been trying to remove trees by hand himself before our arrival. We not only finished the work of thinning the forest, but also took care of the piles he had accumulated around the property.
