This might just be one of our favorite projects of 2025. The owner literally heard us working on our Country Road job, drove up to track us down, and asked for help with his newly purchased retirement property. Just six weeks after closing, his insurance company dropped him due to wildfire risk. Once we wrapped Country Road, we mobilized right down the road and completely transformed his 10-acre parcel. Best part? He didn’t just stand by—he jumped in and worked alongside us. Sometimes, the very best clients become lifelong friends.
This property was a mix of flat meadow areas and steeper rocky terrain. Fun to explore and transform.
